In the switching power supply, the role of the optocoupler is mainly to isolate, provide feedback signals and switch functions. The power supply of the optocoupler in the switching power supply circuit is supplied from the secondary voltage of the high-frequency transformer. When the output voltage is lower than the voltage of the Zener tube, the signal optocoupler is connected to increase the duty cycle to increase the output voltage; otherwise, the optocoupler is turned off to reduce the duty cycle and the output voltage drops. Once the secondary load of the high-frequency transformer is overloaded or the switching circuit is faulty, there will be no optocoupler power supply, and the optocoupler will control the switching circuit so that it cannot start to vibrate, and then protect the switch tube from being broken down and burned.
